An Introduction to Basic Stand Up Paddle Board Turns

In this video I cover the first turns you need to master on your SUP, the forward and backward sweep turns. They allow you to navigate and control your stand up paddle board and are the foundation for the advanced turns.
I start the video with a refresher on how to hold your paddle, demonstrate the forward and backward sweeps and discuss tips to make these turns more effective.
